Lodging Options 

 Lodging Only:  The house accommodates up to 10  overnight guests  max and can  be reserved for:

           *  $55. /person / night, Fri. - Sat. nights (6 people min.)
           *  $50. /person / night, Sun. - Thurs. nights (6 people min.)
           *  $30 /person / day - depending on availability

          *   Pricing includes all applicable taxes.  The minimum stay is 2 nights.        

Arrival :  Friday 9am to Sunday , Departure 12noon.  If no other groups are arriving that day you may stay till 3pm.

Arrival: Mon to Thursday 9am , Departure 12 noon . If no other groups are arriving that day you may stay till 3pm. 
                                
Please Note:  A deposit is required to hold all bookings.  The deposit is $100, non-refundable, but is transferable for different dates you may book within that year. Deposit is to be made before your group can be booked on the calendar.

 Special Offer - Retreat Organizers: 

 If you bring 10 people including yourself for your booking, then you get your stay free. This is our way to thank you for organizing your group’s retreat.   

 

Meal Options

Your group is welcome to use the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals. Alvin is just a quick drive from the retreat, with wonderful restaurants  for your enjoyment, as well as an HEB , Kroger and a Super Wal-Mart.  

 Lunch Option:  You may order and have meals delivered from different restaurants. 

Home cooked meals can be provided for an additional fee for the following meals: Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast.

Home cooked meals will be additional $30. per person , per 2 night stay.

 Please note:  The Scrap Happy Retreat is equipped with a coffee maker with filters,  regular  and decaf. coffee, sugar and creamer, and a large assortment of tea bags  for hot tea or iced tea. Bottled water is provided.  

The kitchen is fully-equipped:  dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls, etc.  

There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven/range, washer and dryer.  

 Paper goods are provided; plates, bowls, utensils, cups, napkins, and paper towels.
